You'll be expected to provide ongoing HR support to our national security business. Essential to this role will be your ability to build great relationships with internal Key Stakeholders and to work collaboratively with other HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.

Role Overview

As a HR Business Partner you will primarily support the Senior HR Business Partner to assess the

organisational and people capabilities required to deliver the business strategies and plans for the internal

client base you support, and to implement the HR / People Plans required to support business strategies and

change programmes initiated from a group, divisional, sector or individual brand / business unit level.

You will build effective relationships with and partner management across the business sector(s) you

support.

You will also build effective working relationships with the Regional HR Advisory team who are responsible

for providing day-to-day operational HR support across the group, ensuring any trends are identified and

appropriate interventions devised and implemented in conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partner,

Head of HR Services and / or other Central Support function leaders as appropriate.

You will also have shared accountability with the Regional HR Advisory team for coaching, guiding and

supporting business managers within the business sector(s) you support across the full HR remit.

Do you have the credentials?

* Be able to demonstrate how they lead or supported the delivery HR strategies, plans and projects

* Proven track record of delivering operational HR support to leaders and / or management which have resulted in tangible and sustainable business benefits.

* Broad HR generalist experience

* Exposure to working within a group environment ideally within fast paced and multi-site service industries.

* Hold a professional HR qualification either via a HR degree and / or CIPD qualification.

* Full UK Driving Licence desirable as regular travel will be necessary.
