Your new company
You will be working as a Primary School Teacher for a market leader that has exclusive partnership agreements with schools across Greater Manchester. Hays Education have a national reach with over 35 offices across the UK and a local focus with over 250 dedicated specialist consultants. Due to an increase in demand from our partner schools in Oldham we are recruiting for Early Years, KS1 and KS2 Newly Qualified and Experienced Teachers for day-to-day and long term opportunities in the local area.

Your new role
As a Hays Education Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that is completely flexible around your needs. There are both full time and part time opportunities available to suit your commitments. Furthermore, you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (UK) and experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, this can be within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication and interpersonal skills as this is crucial for building effective relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents and carers quickly.
