Our client is a global manufacturing company, based in Folkestone, seeking Production Operatives / Technicians on a permanent basis.
They operate a 24/7 operation 12 hours shifts 4 on 4 off Days and Nights. Upon application you will be asked your preference, nights shifts do come with a shift allowance.
The Production Operatives / Technicians operate allocated machines on different manufacturing lines safely, effectively and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience gained from a technical / engineering, computer controlled production environment.
* Good standard of English and basic Maths.
* Good standards of hygiene and ability to adhere to clothing policy.
* Excellent team player, and work alone, with ability to be flexible in both the role and duties undertaken.
* Computer literate, including printing labels required for Production orders.
* Good problem-solving skills.
Working as part of a small team you will ensure that high-speed production lines run effectively and efficiently, solving problems and rectifying faults to maintain quality of products.
All candidates commencing employment are subject to a 3 month probation period where you will be given product training in order to gain a salary review.
