Technical Service Specialist, Chemistry Graduate Role, Engineering Graduate Role
Job Title: Technical Service Specialist
Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP24,000, work mobile, work laptop, progression opportunities
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Have you recently graduated from University with a degree in either Chemistry or engineering? If you have an outgoing personality and you are happy to work on your own initiative, then I would like to hear from you!
As a technical service specialist, you will provide customers and sales staff with technical advice and training on the best application of, and how to use products, as well as preparing, undertaking and reporting customer audits, and handling any customer complaints.
Responsibilities Include:
- Testing substrates
- Recommending products to customers
- Completing customer audits
Essential Experience Required:
- Education: Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, or relevant experience
- Willing to travel throughout the UK, as well as travelling to Belgium for training.
- Self-driven, autonomous worker
- Driving licence and access to own Car
Desirable Experience:
- Background in technical support or sales is beneficial
