An opportunity has arisen for a number of Electronics Repair Engineers to join this growing team. This is the ideal role for someone with a history in electronic engineering s looking to join a family run solutions provider and become part of our success story.
You will be joining a leading provider of industrial automation parts and repairs, who work hard everyday to provide their customers with the best possible service. This has led to continued growth of over 30% per year for the last 6 years, and winning a number of prestigious awards on recent years for export and growth.
As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for performing repairs down to component level on a wide range of industrial equipment including variable speed drives, PLCs, touchscreen HMIs and power supplies. Your skills should include;
A sound knowledge of electronic principles
A logical approach to test and fault finding
Good hand soldering skills including through-hole and surface mount
Electrical/electronic knowledge, able to read schematic diagrams
Good organisational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages
