Our client currently has an opportunity for an organised individual to join their team as an Engineer Scheduler on a temporary contract in Chesterfield. Reporting to the Field Engineer Manager you will be responsible for the scheduling and planning for installations and maintenance works for Engineers. 

Responsibilities of this position includes supporting with the response to emergency call-outs and managing the call-out roster. You will ensure time scales and service levels are met by the Engineers, striving for a seamless service for our client’s customers you will support in minimising stand by time. Furthermore, you will ensure the Engineers are competent for the jobs you assign by proactively checking their accreditations. 

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and ideally have experience in a similar scheduling position. You will be computer literate and have good time management and organisational skills. Customer focused you will have strong communication skills and general safety and awareness of lifting operations.
