The St Alban Catholic Academies Trust is a partnership of 5 Catholic schools, including Cardinal Newman Secondary, St Margaret of Scotland Primary, St Martin de Porres Primary, St Marys Primary, and St Vincents Primary. It is responsible for the education of over 3000 pupils from ages 3 to 19. About the Job
Due to continuing expansion of the Trust we have an exciting new vacancy for a Trust Compliance and Premises Manager to oversee the day to day compliance and maintenance activities within all trust schools, ensuring a consistent, compliant approach to the needs of our schools. You will be required to manage staff deployment, and monitor the workload of the teams, providing support and training to our internal site and cleaning teams.
You'll be required to undertake inspections to trust properties, keep thorough records, and produce regular reports to support the property and estates management function within the Trust.
There is a requirement to undertake security and key holding services for all trust locations, and also to be able to undertake maintenance tasks if required.
About you
You'll have substantial experience of working in facilities management or similar background, with strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and practice, you will have experience of managing others. The position will require you to work flexibly and be a driving force for continual improvement within our Trust. You will be required to work across all trust sites and drive trust vehicles, a clean driving licence will therefore be required.
