Permanent, Full Time (39 hours per week Monday - Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity to join the GreenSquare Homes team within Construction for a Site Manager.
 
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all site activities to achieve project completion within the time and budget for the project, whilst observing all relevant health and safety legislation and best practice, and providing a high quality end product.
 
You will be responsible for the day to day decision making on site with reference to the Contracts Manager and the Senior Site Manager when required, you will also be responsible for monitoring the Assistant Site Manager.
 
Ideally BTEC HND/HNC or equivalent qualified, you will definitely need to be SMSTS qualified and possess a CSCS Card and Scaffold Inspection, along with at least 5 years’ construction site experience in the housing industry, preferably previous NHBC award winner.  Experience in health and safety management and SWMP practices is also essential. 
 
We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills, as well as strong people management and leadership including coaching and mentoring.

You must be able to travel between sites, hold a current valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.
