They are looking for a teacher in Construction who has experience across a range of construction management and organisation with skills and experience covering; construction design, technology, surveying, regulation and controls, project management. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles, taking responsibility for the quality of own teaching and related curriculum development.

Developing learning resources/materials to meet individual learner needs, you must assess student progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, a relevant degree and successful teaching experience using a range of teaching and learning methods.

Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.

You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
