Workshop Administrator

They currently have an exciting opportunity to join their successful After Sales team as Workshop Administrator based at their award-winning Truck centre at Fradley Park, Lichfield.
This position is a liaison between the Customer and the Technicians in a busy Commercial Vehicle Workshop environment.
Working closely with the Workshop Controllers you will be responsible for updating records and logging technicians’ hours, recording of work carried out and keeping customers informed of vehicle progress.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and administration skills with great attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator with good computer skills. You will ideally have previous experience in a HGV Workshop or similar Motor Trade operation.
