Currently, my client a 5* house builder are seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator. This is a great opportunity to work on a flagship development.
The role includes; conducting viewings, chasing sales leads, closing sales, negotiating deals, liaising with legal teams and ensuring that the customer enjoys a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Weekend work within this role is essential due to customers working during the week at the weekend is the peak time to make sales, close deals and deal with any passing customers.
