An exciting opportunity for an experienced tech-savvy Customer Service Professional to join this growing property management SaaS tech platform provider ensuring they deliver outstanding solutions to the highest service standards.

This role will work closely with our customers and end users making sure the company delivers outstanding solutions to the highest service standards. This job requires you to help build and deliver our bespoke resident portals. The requires you to be technically-minded coupled with accuracy and excellent customer service ability.

You will be a product specialist owning issues and help deliver great portals for our client's customers. Utilising your expertise, you will play a vital hands-on role in influencing customer decisions; providing insightful solutions; training customers (over the phone and online); building close customer relationships.

You will be part of a team but need to be self-sufficient and use our vast library of “how to’s” to troubleshoot the smaller issue. If you can’t fix it, you’ll then need a detailed write up to help the team solve it.

This role requires you to work 5 consecutive days across the full weekend (Saturday and Sunday - home based). This can be split into two roles working 2-3 days up to and including Saturday and the other 2-3 days from Sunday Immediate start desired.
