THE OPPORTUNITY:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development/Training Administrator to join an expanding team to provide tailored and customer focused service to a variety of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Help line managers, trainers, HR colleagues and staff solve specific learning and development problems

* Data gathering and analysis of performance data to identify training and development needs

* Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and ensure that legislative and statutory training requirements are identified e.g. H&S, IT, & GDPR

* Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements for staff training and competence and ensure that all requirements and subsequent changes are reflected in all statutory and mandatory training

* Working with the key client stakeholders to develop an effective on-boarding process and corporate induction programme and coordinating the implementation

* Proactively monitor feedback following training sessions to ensure they meet the needs of participants and escalating any issues through the appropriate channels

* Input to producing programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as line managers, service heads, directors and key stakeholders

* Coordinating the tendering process and providing support and guidance to selected service providers on specific company standards and L&D processes and requirements

* Input to developing training plans to meet corporate and service objectives and deadlines and regulative and statutory requirements

* Contribute to the development of learning and Organisational Development evaluation plans and prepare and administer tools for assessing the impact of the programmes and return on investment of any training or development activity

* In conjunction with the client stakeholders, help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience within a similar L&D role is essential

* Able to work as a pivotal part of a team and independently

* Can adapt to work with various businesses and work well under pressure

* Excellent communication skills on a written and verbal basis

* Willing to travel to London and other locations to meet with clients
