Field Manager required to work from busy Depot in Nottingham. The Field Manager will co-ordinate each installation team, ensuring all products are safely installed on time and to defined standards. The Field Manager, Installation Manager or Compliance Manager, must make regular visits to all assigned installers, and complete a full Health and Safety assessments, ensuring self-employed installers are following company guidelines and policies for unloading, loading and transporting products

What the Role is
Sourcing, engaging and inducting new Installers and Allied Trades
Overseeing compliance of Company Policies and Procedures, with existing Installers and Allied Trades
Travelling to each Installation job, visiting all assigned installers in accordance with the Company schedule of inspections
Monitoring and completing Health & Safety checks on site(s)
Motivating and leading by example in terms of excellent standards always
What we Need
Customer Focus, with excellent people management and communication skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to multi task, organise and good problem solver
Knowledge of the home improvements business (desirable)
Full clean driving licence
