Human Resources Manager
Elite-HR are delighted to be working alongside a new client to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is a fast-paced, growing, multi-site SME based in Salisbury, with travel in and around Hampshire.
A newly created, standalone HR role, with both strategic and operational responsibility. The role is responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as proving advice and guidance to line managers and keeping HR data up to date to produce metrics for the senior management team. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders, have HR advisory experience and have a hands on approach in dealing with a variety of HR work.
You will be supported by the Finance Director and be part of a fantastic organisation with a great culture and where the staff are valued and rewarded accordingly.
You will deliver an effective, responsive and customer focussed HR service. This is a generalist HR opportunity where you will be able to influence and be involved in looking at the current service to help improve and revise.
This generalist role will enable you to be involved in recruitment & selection, Employee Relations, H&S, HR metrics, etc.
To be great in this job you will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships, be resilient with the ability to 'push back' when necessary, have strong HR advisory experience and have a 'hands on' approach.
As well as the above you will ideally be qualified to CIPD level 5, with proven experience in an SME.
This role is 36.5 hrs a week.
