Our client is passionate about providing a good service for their tenants. They recognise that the care and maintenance of estates by a responsive and well trained team can make a difference to individuals and the wider community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals who share their values and can provide a high class cleaning service to tenants and residents. As an integral member of a small team, you will provide a comprehensive cleaning service across 4 London Boroughs. This will involve a wide range of cleaning duties with the aid of manual and electrically powered tools and equipment, ensuring safe and hygienic working practices at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to manage a range of physical tasks. Ideally with experience of cleaning in a similar role, you will be highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively. A positive and proactive team player, you will build healthy working relationships with colleagues and be able to represent the organisation to customers and the general public.

A full clean driving licence is an essential requirement for this role coupled with the ability to drive small and large vans such as a long or a long wheel base high top van if and when required.
