Our client is passionate about providing a good service for their tenants. They recognise that the care and maintenance of estates by a responsive and well trained team can make a difference to individuals and the wider community. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who shares their values and can provide a high class and comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping service. This will involve general grounds maintenance, landscaping and cleaning of external areas as required at a range of sites across 4 London boroughs. 

You will need to be confident in the use and maintenance of the usual range of tools and equipment including powered hand tools and light plant. You’ll also carry out basic supervisory duties and direct the work of the team on a daily basis, occasionally managing the gardening team in the Supervisor’s absence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to manage a range of physical tasks including loading/unloading industry standard gardening equipment / gardening waste etc. 

With experience of grounds maintenance or gardening in a similar role, you will be highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively. A positive and proactive team player, you will build healthy working relationships with colleagues and be able to represent the organisation to customers and the general public. Supervisory experience is desirable.

A full clean driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
