Passionate about great places to live. GreenSquare Group is a major provider of housing, regeneration, support and commercial services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

The group is excited to be transforming its property management team and as a result have identified the need for a new role of Client Manager in the business, reporting directly to the Head of Service and leading a team of specialists focussing on all property management and maintenance activities.

This is a rare opportunity to join a team at a senior level, shape its development and embed a culture of achieving success.

The role will be responsible for:

All maintenance surveying and  related activities; delivering the Asset Management Strategy, complying with housing policy, ensuring we achieve budget projections, leading on external relationships and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.

Financial planning for the group, delivering annual financial plans, stress testing, modelling and planning for the business area.

Providing high level of direction for the maintenance activities of the group, especially as the group moves to more commercial approach in support of its strategic objectives.
Building on the levels of staff and customer satisfaction being built up in the business.
Continuous improvement, service development and driving asset investment decisions to ensure our housing and services, meet customer requirements and provide value for money.

The client team includes surveyors, with related support staff, based in Chippenham with a satellite office in Oxford.

We are looking for a motivated individual for this outward facing role with a commercial approach, great interpersonal skills, and the drive and ambition to deliver the strategic goals of the organisation. The ability to manage multiple key external relationships for the group is key to the success of this role, in addition to having the ability to deliver support and advice to the executive team, board and related committees.

A qualified surveyor, you will have a strong background in property and strategic finance.  However, a commercial background with evidenced transferable skills would certainly be considered.

Personal qualities are key for this role and we would be keen to hear from you if you are a strategic thinker and influencer with leadership qualities that create an environment of high performance.
