Salary: £23,270 - £25,749 Business Support Band 8 Point 29-32

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Account Coordinator in our Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement section. The Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement team provides the College with a sales and account management function for employers.  Team members generate new business and provide the first point of contact for employers wishing to access training (Level 1-Level 7) including apprenticeship solutions from the College.  New business relationships and fresh enquiries are co-ordinated through this team, who act as “brokers” between our business customers, Curriculum Heads, College curriculum staff and central services. The role will;

  • Develop new business in line with College priorities and individual enrolment and income targets
  • Develop and present training proposals and quotations for the supply of College training and apprenticeships to client employers, including bespoke solutions.
  • Maintain outstanding professional behaviour, acting as an ambassador and representing the College in the business community

    You will need to have English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above (4-9) and a level 3 Professional qualification in a vocational area. You must have experience in sales and marketing, using a CRM system, ability to work autonomously and advanced IT skills.
