A unique property company managing a significant portfolio of assets across the Midlands. This ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their existing team.
The core focus of this position is to ensure projects are completed on time and in budget. You will prepare scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects and specification of works. Ultimately it's important you are able to provide technical advice and professional expertise and support relating to the condition of all property assets. You will commission and supervise resources that will undertake improvements and maintenance as part of a planned proactive maintenance strategy.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have demonstrable, solid understanding of building technology and building regulations and experience in the delivery of small works (improvement and capital maintenance projects).
