Head of Finance & Operations

Crossways Community is a dynamic Christian charity with a passion to see better mental health in our community. The Head of Finance & Operations has a key requirement for strategic financial and operational planning, implementation and leadership at its heart. Crossways Community provides residential care and support for adults with acute mental health issues. We also give our residents valuable life skills and have just opened our first community cafe. We have ambitious plans to increase our impact so this is an exciting time for someone to join the organisation to help drive forward and realise these plans.
