Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Salary: GBP24,000 per annum
Hours: Mon - Friday office house (may need some flexibility)
Type: Initial 6 months contract but strong possibility being extended
Location: Nottingham (will involve some travel)
Responsibilities
* Working with the IT Development Manager to ensure business project requirements are fully understood
* Gather relevant data
* Help coordinate team member roles and tasks within projects.
* Work independently to ensure relevant management information is captured and analysed.
* Support IT Project Managers on daily duties.
* Participate in workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Create technical requirement documents, reports, workflows and project documentation.
* Create training documentation to be used after project closure.
* Build relationships with stakeholders including senior management.
* Perform limited technical tasks as required to complete the project.
* Assist in the tracking and maintenance of the Asset Management System.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
* Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team environment
* Proactive
* Experience of using Prince2 Methodology.
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Microsoft Office
* Confident with liaising with various project members.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Willing to travel
