We are recruiting for an Engagement Coordinator based in Chelmsford within our Essex Supported Employment Service. This service is funded by Essex County Council and supports adults with disabilities into employment across Essex.
To us your attitude and personality matter as much as your work experience as we are looking for initiative, creativity, energy and determination. The role will be to build referrals to the programme from social work teams across Essex by regular networking and attendance at team meetings. It will also be to engage with local and national employers across Essex to build the number of potential job opportunities for our customers. You will work closely with our existing team of Employment Advisors to identify labour market gaps and match our customers to suitable vacancies.
We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process or on commencement of post. This position requires countywide travel regularly and therefore access to a vehicle is essential. The ability to work flexible hours may also be required.
