Import Clerk

My client, an independent freight forwarder based in Ipswich, is looking to expand their team by recruiting an Import Freight Forwarding Clerk. The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of a years' experience in Customs Clearance, Haulage or Forwarding, and to gain the higher end of the salary bracket 5 years +.

Due to the size and nature of the business the role will be extremely varied including handling accounts, booking schedules and providing quotes, arranging haulage deliveries and invoicing. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail will be required, along with relevant industry and systems experience; working in a close knit team.
