Bank Care & Support Worker

We have a superb opportunity for a Bank Care & Support Worker to join our Broadway Gardens Extra Care scheme based in Wolverhampton. This role is offered on a casual relief basis, allowing you to fit working hours around your lifestyle.

The Role

You'll be working within our Older Persons Services offering person centred care and support to customers, promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

You'll be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer's health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.

The Person

It goes without saying that you'll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You'll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
