Recruitment Coordinator (German Speaking)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP32,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, office based hours.

We are working with a fantastic client who are an internationally renowned search and selection firm, they place a huge importance on finding high calibre candidates and giving them an opportunity to maximise their potential. They also really take the time to understand their clients so they are able to meet and exceed expectations.

They are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team who will support the hiring managers and recruiters with the end to end hiring process. Your main responsibilities in this role will all elements of coordination and administration tasks in regards to the full recruitment process. This includes:

* Coordinating candidate assessments including initial invitations, booking interview rooms and Skype/Video Conferencing, arranging testing and organising candidate's expenses.

* Supporting the team with all administration duties including document management, handling candidate correspondence and preparation of interview guides and packs

* Management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating and maintaining candidate data when necessary.

* Helping to organising career events for candidate attraction.

* Managing job adverts both internally and externally, ensuring that the information is accurate, representative of the company's brand/ethos and posted in a timely manner.

In order to be considered for the Recruitment Coordinator role, you must promote a professional and positive attitude and ensure that you adhere to the high standards within all aspects of the business. You must also have:

* Fluency in written and verbal English plus professional fluency in German

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Competent with the Microsoft Office Packages and generally technically minded.

* A proactive and process-driven approach with the ability to learn new systems

* Hard working, productive and able to handle large amounts of data.
