Our award-winning client has an excellent opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join their outstanding dealership located in Slough.

You will be working alongside a supportive and 'hands-on' Sales Manager who wants to take the business to the next step.
The role:
* You will be responsible for overseeing all operational activity of the showroom.
* You will be required to manage all hospitality events within the showroom which will include catering and co-ordinating the diary for the conference room.
* You will be responsible for managing up to 11 Sales Executives to ensure there is always someone available to both meet and greet visitors coming into the dealership and answer all incoming calls, transferring them to the relevant person.
* Managing the showroom display.
* Responsible for ensuring that the front of house reception area is clean and tidy.
* Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution.
Who we are looking for:
* An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Presentable and have excellent communication skills
* Kerridge and SLI experience is beneficial

* GBP25,000 - GBP27,500 basic with GBP60,000 OTE uncapped
* Monday - Saturday and Sundays on a rota basis with days off during the week
