Rethink Health is currently seeking an immediately available exceptional Facilities/Soft Services Manager, to lead on the management of an outsourced PFI contract:
- Manage contractor performance for outsourced PFI provider
- Analyse contract, produce reports and hold contractor to account
- Hands on management of staff catering areas, retail outlets and vending operations
- oversee contract performance for catering, housekeeping, domestics, retail and more
- Work with the Head of Facilities to ensure implementation of Soft FM strategy
