We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our award winning social enterprise.  This role requires you to work with multiple departments, across a broad range of areas.  You must be keenly organised with a knack for juggling lots of jobs.  Your role will be vital to the smooth running of the business and as a valued member of the company you will be fully supported by our highly experienced multi-disciplinary team.

The Role

Based within the Sustainable Communities division of the company, the primary activities of the role include:

  • General administrative duties including post, manning the phones, ordering stationery and office supplies;
  • Supporting the company with administration, social media, events;
  • Financial administration including collating credit cards, preparing BACS forms, raising purchase orders and invoice requests;
  • Marketing administration including updating the website, processing customer satisfaction surveys and assisting with marketing campaign

The Candidate

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Can keep calm whilst organising and prioritising multiple jobs;
  • Have proven experience of providing comprehensive administrative support in a busy customer focused environment;
  • Have experience in a financial support capacity;
  • Have a keen eye for detail and are exceptionally organised;
  • GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
