This well established asbestos and environmental consultancy specialises in all asbestos and environmental disciplines and now due to business requirements they urgently require the services of a competent and reliable Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on various contracts in and around the West Midlands region. Applications from West Midlands, East Midlands and the surrounding areas will considered.
Requirements:
Must possess the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience in asbestos surveying and analytical duties within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety legislation.
IT Literate.
Role:
Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Oversee contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
