A Housing Association in Dover are seeking 2 Technical Administrators to start immediately.
The role itself:
* Update the asset management system
* Raise works orders
* Provide technical advise to customers
* Check gas/fire/electrical certificates and update the system
* Update completed planned works
The ideal candidate:
* Must have excellent technical knowledge
* Previous experience working within housing
* Great computer skills including Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Be willing to travel to other offices when necessary
