About the Role: 

City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Learning and Development Advisor. This position is full time, will be based at our SBSA Centre in Hengrove, South Bristol. Occasional travel to our other college sites will be required. 

What you’ll be responsible for/what we are looking for:

The Learning and Development Advisor will work as part of the HR team to deliver an efficient Learning and Development service to the College through the organisation and co-ordination of a diverse range of activities with college staff including induction, CPD days and training sessions. You will also lead on delivering a successful induction and on-boarding process for all new starters to the College. 

We are looking for someone with experience of co-ordination and delivery of L&D in a current or previous role and a background in designing and delivering eLearning solutions as well as a proven background in delivering workshop based training, with particular focus on enhancing the learning experience for our students. 

You will also need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all members of College staff and enjoy in working in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities.
