We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Sales Specialist to join our Gibbs & Dandy Bedford branch.

You will be right at the heart of where it all happens, acting as a brand ambassador at all times, providing phenomenal customer service experiences and actively seeking to continually improve our customers' experience with us.

As a Sales Specialist with Gibbs & Dandy, you will:

• Proactively create orders and sell solutions to our customers over the phone and face to face to meet their needs and drive sales for the branch.
• Provide sales support for and be fully knowledgeable about our wide range of plumbing and heating products and services (full training can be given).
• Be confident in dealing with customer issues and concerns.

• Have previous sales and customer service experience, ideally within the plumbing and heating industry.
• Possess solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to work under pressure and deal with customer queries.
• Can handle large amounts of data and administration processes.
• Are organised and upbeat - used to working in fast-paced environments.
• Share our 100% dedication to deliver an excellent customer experience, by going that extra mile at all times whilst supporting a proactive culture within the branch.
