Our client operates an award winning gastro pub in a beautiful village and is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.
Working with the owners and the Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of service, assisting with back of house processes, leading and developing a small team and ensuring consistency in service standards.
This gastro pub has been awarded for outstanding food and service and represents a great opportunity for a budding assistant manager in the making to make their mark and be instrumental in the on going success of this business. Candidates must have bags of passion and enthusiasm and come with experience in a business at a similar level of quality.
This role attracts a salary in the region of GBP23,000 plus a share of tips monthly and live in is available for the right candidate.
