Candidate profile: Dynamic graduate or similar with 2-5 years experience in Account management - customer success/experience orientated roles in London! Gravitas, confidence and a divine focus on delivering a VIP service whilst managing 3rd party relationships - Design and polish the process and then build!

The Role:
• Ensuring outstanding customer experience at each stage of the property life cycle
• Designing and leading their post-let customer experience, from blueprint to implementation, building a best in-class service
• Leading property management market share growth, maximising revenue opportunities through the tenancy lifetime
• Winning new high value business through pitches to professional / institutional landlords
• Measuring and reporting on Customer NPS (Net Promoter Score). Identifying and introducing changes to improve customer advocacy levels
• Reviewing and auditing the performance of our partners' and suppliers' operations and delivery
