Your new company
Working for part of a large and very successful PLC company, for a highly successful brand, to be based in their Leeds office. A new HR Advisor job role has been created due to the growth and development of the HR department, and offers huge potential career growth for the successful candidate.

Your new role
You will support the Senior Business Partner, and work with a number of high profile stakeholders throughout the business, providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance. Your business area will cover 33 different sites in the UK and abroad and so will require significant travel in response to the requirements of the Managers and employees at those sites.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a very busy and varied HR Advisor job role, involving ER case management, recruitment support, partnering with Managers on various projects, creating and updating relevant policies and procedures as well as assisting with training and coaching activities. It requires someone with a a strong 'can do' attitude and a desire to work hard and develop. You will need a proven track record of HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment, and be particularly strong with employment law. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, with fantastic communication and team working skills.
