HR Systems Coordinator in Derby paying GBP27500 - GBP30000

Your new role
Interim role until Aug/Sept 2019 working in an HR team supporting with the on-going maintenance for the HR and Payroll system, Resourcelink and providing support to users of both the core system and the self service facility offered to all staff. The organisation are moving over to Itrent in the Summer so as well as producing reports on Resourcelink such as gender pay reporting, equal pay reports and a number of day to day reports for key stakeholders you will also assist with the migration of information over to the new system. You will assess and analyse reports and present the information that will support business decisions as well as identifying gaps or shortfalls in the information,
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role is it critical you have used Resourcelink and have a good understanding of the system. You will be able to run reports and analyse information, have a continuous improvement mindset and be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders across the business.
What you'll get in return
An interim role paying GBP27500 - GBP30000, FTC or equivalent hourly rate will both be considered.
