Working Carpentry Foreman / Carpenter
Due to expansion my client, a small to medium works fit out contractor based near Basildon, are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Carpenter, ideally with Foreman experience, with a strong hands-on background in carpentry fit out and Interiors works. You will be site based, running small and medium sized projects in the fit out sector. You will supervising trades and take a hands on approach to lead by example in order to deliver the project on time.
Ideally you will have Fire Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and SMSTS training.
Salary approx GBP30,000 + shift premiums + overtime when available. You will earn approx GBP45,000 in addition to all the benefits of being employed, such as Holiday Pay, Travel Allowance, Pension Scheme, Tools and Uniform. You will also get a company van with private mileage allowance once in a Foreman role.
Benefits include: 28 days Holiday, Company Van with private mileage, Tools & Uniform, lunch allowance and expenses covered when staying away from home.
