HR Administrator

Salary: Circa GBP23K to GBP26K per annum, dependent upon experience and qualification level.

An HR Administrator required for busy manufacturing Company based in Brandon.
Duties will include all administration tasks associated with the employee life cycle from new starters to leavers. In addition, you will be required to maintain the Sage HR database and confidential employee files.
Qualifications and Experience

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a strong character, be organised and methodical in your approach to work. Accuracy and the ability to work on your own initiative together with multi-tasking are key. Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for this role. Training on Sage HR will be given.
