Deputy Reception Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Reception Manager, to join our busy, friendly, growing team. The vacancy is predominantly based over at our Portland Practice, St Paul’s Medical Centre. The candidate must have the flexibility to also support our Hatherley Branch Surgery when needed. Flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness may be required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team and will have excellent IT and communication skills. Previous experience in a health care environment would be desirable.

Whilst the ideal candidate would have previous managerial experience we also appreciate that this is a career development role and you may not currently have all of the skills listed; if you don’t currently meet one of the points, you can explain how you plan to develop your skills and learn in the role.
