Our client in Southfleet is looking for Production Machine Operators for an immediate start.

The role is working on a weekly rota, so a flexible approach to work is required as the business works a 7 day days operation

We are offering 48 hours a week. Overtime available after 40 hours.

Temp to perm contract

Key Responsibilities
• Takes full responsibility over any machine under your responsibility, efficiency, damages and reports on major downtimes
• Carry out machinery start up checks and report anomalies
• Ensure safe use of our facilities and equipment, while also ensuring safe environment
• Ensure the safety, legality and quality of our products, while ensuring CCP's are adhered to
• Liaise daily with Team Leaders on production targets
• Set example and enforce company policies and procedures
• Deputises on Team Leader absence

Key Skill and Experience Requirements
• Good reading and Writing English standard
• Good Emotional control ( EI )

Other Role Requirements
• The role involves some manual handling and the ability to withstand working in cold storage conditions on a daily basis
• The role requires an alert disposition, working in the vicinity of PPT and moving machinery
• Travel to other Company or off-site meeting locations may be required from time to time
