Location: Sandhurst
Salary: up to GBP35k DOE

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Account Manager with experience of working in the energy or utilities industry to manage a portfolio of B2B SME client accounts. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationship and strong rapport with customers. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of renewing and retaining client accounts as well as growing revenue through upselling and cross sellingproducts and services. Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales from your portfolio of client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate client needs to operations team and Directors as appropriate
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, whilst meeting deadlines
Experience Required:
- Experience in the energy/ utilities sector is essential
- Experience in building relationships with B2B customers
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a good level of computer literacy
- Excellent both written & verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Attention to detail and organised
- Excellent interpersonal skills
