Full time: 35 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus £1,738 Hampton Wick Weighting

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Charge Accountant to join our Finance team. Based in our Head Office, the successful candidate will work closely with our leasehold, housing and maintenance teams to ensure we provide our residents with clear, accurate and timely information on the charges for services we provide to them, while ensuring Hastoe comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

You will have previous finance experience and an understanding of the service charge process.   

You’ll also need:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management skills in order to manage your work to meet strict deadlines
• Experience of working with spreadsheets and dealing with large volumes of transactions.

Annual Leave:  25 days (increasing with service up to 28 days) + 1.5 days complimentary leave + option to purchase additional leave.
