Senior Customer Services Officer

Our Senior Customer Services Officers are responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to our residents and other customers. Key responsibilities include ensuring the team is effectively and efficiently dealing with enquiries at first point of contact, providing general administrative cover, ensuring departmental objectives are met by managing and motivating the Customer Services team, and facilitating continuous performance.
