Estates Officer (Capital Projects)
Band 6 (subject to Banding review) - £28,050 - £36,644

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the dynamic estates team operating within Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will help to develop and enhance healthcare environments that have a profound effect on people’s lives. You will plan, design and deliver projects from inception through to completion, providing effective Project Management to deliver a diverse range of projects, varying in challenge and complexity.
Using your building and/or engineering expertise, you’ll be able to provide professional and technical advice to estates colleagues, clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that capital projects are managed within designated budgets and constructed to meet with the relevant regulations, standards and user requirements.
As a graduate in (or working towards) a Building or Engineering professional qualification or with significant demonstrable experience, you’ll have a background in delivering projects successfully, ideally within an NHS environment, but not essential, providing you possess a keen appetite to learn and develop.
