In this role you will be responsible for contacting customers, by telephone to update on any delays or obstacles in production of goods as well as responding to customer enquiries and queries on system and making the necessary arrangements to resolve any issues. You will raise appropriate collection and credit note requests alongside liaising with both Sales Teams and Customers to ensure a smooth and quick resolution of all queries relating to incorrect delivery or an order.
• A business like, courteous telephone manner to ensure that good working relationships may be established with both internal and external customers.
• Previous customer services experience
• Strong computer skills
• Steel industry knowledge (desired)
