Lettings & Sales Negotiator
A Lettings & Sales Negotiator is required for award-winning organisation based in Chester.
For this role you will be required to provide accurate and optimised pricing structures for the properties that are marketed.
A few main duties include;
* Assessing and approving pricing proposals.
* Communicating pricing proposal and negotiating on price levels when required.
* Liaising with Property Consultants to provide feedback on pricing, and coaching where necessary.
* Follow up calls with owners to secure a signed contract.
* Negotiating commercial terms.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm and the basic salary for this role will be GBP18,000 per annum with an excellent commission structure.
