My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Exeter. They are an established independent firm with strong ties to the local area offering a range of bespoke property services.
Following a successful 2018 they are now looking to grow the team to help deliver an increasing workload.
The ideal candidate;
* Experienced in managing commercial or residential property
* Well versed in Landlord and Tenant issues
* Good general knowledge of property maintenance
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Motivated and Ambitious
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent general property knowledge as well as a track record in working closely with clients to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
