Due to sustained growth, we are currently looking to appoint a Head of Recruitment Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Account Management and Service Delivery departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional and motivational leader to drive the delivery and fulfilment of recruitment services to our client base that includes start-ups, global brands, public sector organisations, long established companies and blue chips.
As the Head of Recruitment Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Webrecruit’s Account Management and Service Delivery departments and ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times.
Our Account Management team is responsible for co-ordinating recruitment advertising campaigns, liaising with clients to discuss vacancy requirements, sifting CVs, qualifying candidates and proactively searching for potential applicants.
The Service Delivery team works in tandem with our Account Managers to deliver the copywriting and job posting elements of our services through producing web-optimised job adverts and posting adverts to a wide number of online job boards and social media.
Both departments are responsible for delivering the recruitment solutions sold by our Sales team and therefore you will also work in tandem with our Sales Manager to identify opportunities to improve client retention as well as upselling initiatives.
Working closely with the department managers, you will:
- Ensure all internal and external SLAs are adhered to
- Appropriately distribute and ensure that both teams are suitably resourced
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s and appraisals and deliver training
- Implement effective account management processes and approaches
- Document internal procedures and processes
- Identify areas for process and efficiency improvements
For this key role, we are looking for someone with:
- A background in the recruitment solutions marketplace (recruitment agency/RPO)
- Experience of managing teams in excess of five staff
- An aptitude for establishing and developing client relationships
- Experience of managing performance management processes
- Evidence of introducing, influencing and managing change
- Experience of working with and influencing internal and external senior business stakeholders
As our Head of Recruitment Services, you must also be comfortable, willing and able to lead by example and also adopt a practical hands-on approach when required. An adaptable and flexible attitude suited to working in a growing, dynamic business is also essential.
Familiarity with a range of applicant tracking systems or in-house talent acquisition experience would also be beneficial.
Job titles you may have held may include Head of Recruitment, Recruitment Services Manager, Recruitment Operations Manager, Head of Account Management, Recruitment Manager or HR Operations Manager.
