Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is currently looking to recruit a Hygiene Leader for our client in the Dover area.
Description of Role:
The main purpose of the role is to uphold effective supervision and control of hygiene standards and personnel in support of ensuring the smooth running and transition of business operations across the factory.
Skills and responsibilities for the role will include:
* IT skills (MS Word and Excel)
* The supervision of a team, including organising workloads and managing performance
* Monitoring and reacting to key performance indicators
* Promoting and maintaining exemplary health and safety standards
* Having an excellent understanding of food safety principles and application
* Supporting the highest levels of cleanliness and compliance in all areas
* A good level verbal and written communication skills
